Manaoag Country House is the first commercial building, a 3-storey house built in the mid 50’s from an ancestral home in the center of the town or poblacion. It was repaired and underwent a major restoration in 2002 and was then until now named Manaoag Country House. The existing property is still made from the original materials although the renovations at the back portion were done in concrete and glass windows. The whole electrical system was replaced with provision for generator power and the drainage sewerage system was built to provide a better environment facilities.
